A Billboard Appears With Prabowo Subianto In Labuan Bajo, Gibran Admits He Has Not Permitted Possible Volunteer Initiatives

Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka admitted that he had not given permission regarding the emergence of billboards depicting him with Prabowo Subianto in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara. "Especially those in Labuan Bajo have not yet received permission. Permission to come to me, right, install my photo," he said in Solo, Central Java, quoted from Antara, Monday, August 28. He said he did not know anything about the installation of the billboards. "Take sing masang (anya who installed) billboards. I ora mudeng, takon volunteers (I don't know, ask volunteers)," he said. So far, no directives have been given to Gibran volunteers spread across various regions in Indonesia. "Reslaws are like that, initiatives themselves," he said. However, he evaded that the volunteers who installed the billboards were the same volunteers as those in Solo. "It's different for the island, it's different from people too. Volunteers appear alone," he said. Previously, the Coordinator of the Bolone Mase Strong Volunteers, Hermawan, said that volunteers had consolidated in various regions in Indonesia. During the consolidation, volunteers proposed Gibran as a vice presidential candidate to accompany Prabowo Subianto because he saw that President Jokowi's first son's electability always increased.

"Mas Gibran's electability always goes up, why don't young people be given space in the future. Pak Prabowo is also very positive in responding to that," he said.
