Focus On The Change Coalition For Unity Ahead Of The 2024 Presidential Election: Finalize Anies Baswedan's Strategy To Win Anies Baswedan

JAKARTA - Three political parties that are members of the Coalition for Change for Unity (KKP) continue to prepare themselves ahead of the 2024 presidential election (Pilpres). Currently, the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), the Democratic Party and the NasDem Party, are preparing a strategy to win the presidential candidate they are supporting, Anies Baswedan.

Spokesperson for the KKP presidential candidate, Anies Baswedan, emphasized that his team remained solid towards the 2024 presidential election contestation.

"KPP was solid from the start, of course, it is now getting more solid. In fact, three political parties are currently entering the next phase, namely focusing on Mas Anies' winning strategy," said Sudirman Said in his statement, Saturday, August 26.

He said the political communication between Anies and the three supporting political parties always runs intensively. According to him, intensive communication is very important to achieve victory in the 2024 presidential election.

Sudirman emphasized that currently the three coalition political parties are no longer at the stage of discussing Anies Baswedan's companion candidate.

"The three political parties carrying Anies who are members of the KPP have agreed with one name that has been pocketed by Anies Baswedan. KPP has agreed with the vice presidential candidate, just waiting for the right moment to announce it to the public," he said, as reported by Antara.

Previously, for three days, Anies Baswedan communicated with three leaders of political parties carrying him as a future presidential candidate who was part of the group.

Anies met with the Chairman of the Nasdem Party Surya Paloh in Jakarta on Thursday, August 24, evening. Then visited the residence of the Chairman of the Upper House of the Democratic Party Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) at Puri Cikeas, Bogor on Friday, August 25 evening.

Anies Baswedan's political communication continued with a visit to the residence of the Chairman of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Syuro Council Salim Segaf Al-Jufri in the Pejaten area, South Jakarta, on Saturday, August 26 morning.
