Following up on the instructions of the Mayor of Tangerang, Arief R Wismansyah, regarding efforts to reduce air pollution, Tangerang City Government employees went to the office by bicycle to a group of five people in one car. Head of the Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) Taufik Syahzaeni said there were 30 employees who came to the office using bicycles and some of them implemented nebengers. "The employee is very enthusiastic and has made plans when he comes today in the context of testing, as an effort to support the handling of air pollution," he said in Tangerang, Antara, Friday, August 18. Previously, the Mayor of Tangerang, Arief R Wismansyah, had instructed employees to use public transportation and environmentally friendly vehicles as an effort to overcome air pollution conditions. This activity was tested today. Taufik added that such a bike to work program and group system are likely to be implemented regularly every Friday. "Alhamdulillah, the employees also enthusiastically welcomed it. Bike to work or nebengers do not rule out the possibility that it will be applied regularly every Friday," he said. Meanwhile, regarding services, DPMPTSP has also implemented non-papers in online management and services through SIMBG, Lintas, and OSS. "We also appeal to all applicants to use online services or to MPP with public transportation," he said. Tangerang Mayor Arief R Wismansyah also left his residence on Jalan Sinar Hari to the competition location at Benteng Reborn Stadium on a bicycle.

"Although this is a trial, I would like to thank the employees who have done bike to work, to pick each other up using a car for six people or those who go back and forth using public transportation. We certainly want the spirit of maintaining the health of ourselves and also the air health that we support to be cultured together in our daily lives," he said.
