ACEH - The Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA) of Aceh Province overcomes elephant disturbances in Gleng Village, Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency by burning firecrackers. Satirin admitted that efforts to dispel elephants by burning firecrackers were considered effective, because they could make elephants leave the location, which had been a community activity for farming and gardening. According to him, the disturbance of elephants that occurred in Gleng Village, Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency, which damaged betel nut and palm oil, was an attempt by elephants to find food.
