In the mandate conveyed by Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto, Jokowi emphasized that soldiers and the people must die in the concept of unity to jointly defend the sovereignty of the state and territorial integrity, safeguarding the safety of all Indonesian people from various threats.
"The concept of instability needs to be applied in real terms, by increasing the role and participation of every citizen as a reserve component, as part of the defense and security system of the people of the universe that can be mobilized at any time, only for the benefit of national defense," Prabowo said reading Jokowi's mandate in front of Komcad FY 2023, Batujajar, West Bandung Regency, reported by ANTARA, Friday, August 11.
