Not Accepting "Afternoon Nap" Photo of Prabowo at a Palace Meeting, Dahnil towards Ruhut: Poor Manners!

JAKARTA - The spokesperson for the Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto, Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak did not accept the photo uploaded by politician Ruhut Sitompul. In the photo, Prabowo is narrated as "sleeping in the afternoon" or napping during a meeting with President Joko Widodo or Jokowi.

"Your slander is too much, sir. Poor manners. There is no Mr. @Prabowo sleeping there," Dahnil denied on his Twitter account, @Dahnilanzar, Thursday, August 10.

The former BPN spokesperson coordinator Prabowo-Sandi in the 2019 presidential election advised Ruhut to stop making statements that were not true.

"With age, it's better to stop slandering here and there," continued Dahnil.

Dahnil then explained that Prabowo's presence in the photo was to attend a meeting related to the international Sufi Congress committee.

"It was a meeting of the international Sufi Congress committee with President @jokowi, besides Mr. @prabowo there was Habib Luthfi, the leader of International Sufi," said Dahnil.

Ruhut Sitompul uploaded a photo on his social media account of President Jokowi, Minister of Defense Prabowo, Minister of State Secretariat Pratikno, member of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres) Habib Luthfi bin Yahya having a meeting at the Jakarta Presidential Palace.

Prabowo seemed to be looking down at the table, while Jokowi, who was facing Prabowo, smiled.

In the photo, there is also writing that narrates Prabowo as "sleeping in the afternoon" or napping in a meeting.

"Age cannot lie. When he is in a meeting at the Palace, he even sleeps in the afternoon. To the point that people on the left and right are smiling, including President Jokowi himself. So be a smart leader," said Ruhut's photo upload on the Twitter account @ruhutsitompul.
