The suspect is suspected of not verifying the flow of funds, in which he directly transferred money to the personal accounts of former Keuchik and the Head of the Ulee Lheue Village Government who had been named previously suspects. "Here, Mr. Kadis, we suspect that he has committed corruption due to negligence in his authority," said Fadillah. Previously, Polresta had also named another suspect, namely the former Keuchik Ulee Lheue with the initials DA and the former Head of the Ulee Lheue Gampong Government with the initials SH. The suspect is strongly suspected of having committed a criminal act of corruption, abuse of authority against the receipt of compensation funds from land acquisition for the Zikr Nurul Arafah Islamic Center land in Ulee Lheu Village, Banda Aceh. "The arrest was made because there was sufficient evidence, both witnesses, documents, so we can determine Yasir as a suspect," he said. Currently, the Banda Police Satreskrim is still investigating the case, whether there will be other suspects or not depending on the progress of the investigation.

In this case, based on the results of the Aceh Representative BPKP Audit, this case has caused state financial losses of more than Rp1 billion from three land parcels belonging to gampong.
