The Case Of The Murder Of A Stepfather In Penjaringan Was Revealed From Abu Cigarettes, The Perpetrator Was Hurt

JAKARTA - A young man with the initials FO (33) in Penjaringan, North Jakarta became a suspect in a murder case. Ironically, the perpetrator killed his stepfather, Cecep Riyana (66) on Jalan Bidara Raya, RT 08 RW 05 Pejagalan Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, Saturday, July 22, at 01.00 WIB.

North Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Gidion Arif Setyawan said the perpetrator stabbed his stepfather 11 times. He also revealed the motive for the perpetrator to commit the crime was because he was hurt.

"There was a hurt from the perpetrator against the victim. So it was a family matter, because at that time the perpetrator was unemployed, the father was unemployed. The suspect was often scolded with harsh words," Gidion told reporters, Tuesday, August 1.

Gidion said that the incident began when the victim was sleeping on the third floor, while FO was sleeping on the second floor. Suddenly the perpetrator approached the victim and immediately stabbed Cecep.

At the time of the incident, Cecep shouted mi ask for mercy. However, FO replied in an annoyed tone to the victim.

"FO also said 'it was you who killed my grandfather and my family, huh.' The suspect said while the suspect stabbed a knife into the victim's stomach," he said.

Suddenly, the victim died on the spot with stab wounds to the left chest three stabs, three stabs in the left abdomen, two stabs in the neck, one stab in the right hand and one stab in the left hand.

Furthermore, Gidion explained that the perpetrator was included in the category of premeditated murder. This is because the perpetrator has prepared his weapon and stabbed the victim's body as much as possible.

"Why is the murder premeditated or murder purely because there are 11 stabs on the front body from the chest to the stomach," he said.

On that occasion, Gidion admitted that during the investigation process his party needed time. Because, the lack of witnesses during the incident.

Therefore, his party conducted an investigation with evidence at the scene. Then arrest the perpetrator in less than 1x24 hours in a park which is located not far from the crime scene (TKP).

"TKP at the victim's house, the suspect was arrested in the park 1 time 24 hours," he said.

The suspect FO denied and admitted that he had not stabbed the victim CR. However, members immediately checked Puslabfor's DNA

"Then the rest of the cigarettes that were at the crime scene near the victim's body or victim belonged to the suspect's DNA. So even though it is said that the witness in the incident is very minimal, we can scientifically confirm that the perpetrator is a FO," he explained.

For his actions, the suspect FO was charged with Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder with the threat of a maximum sentence of life.
