The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has rescheduled the examination of two of Panji Gumilang's children and six other witnesses regarding the alleged Money Laundering Crime (TPPU) on August 1. If they are not present again, investigators will immediately conduct a case.

"If the six people are not present, investigators will conduct a case title to raise their status from investigation to investigation," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Monday, July 31.

"6 other witnesses, according to the explanation of their attorneys, will be asked for clarification on Tuesday, August 1, 2023," said Ramadhan.

Originally there were 8 foundation administrators who were summoned to provide information about the alleged money laundering offenses. However, two of them had already conveyed what was known on July 28.

"Witnesses who were asked for information are related to the TPPU case, brother PG, who was already present in the clarification on Friday, July 28, 2023, namely US and MJA brothers," said Ramadhan.

For information, the alleged involvement of Panji Gumilang in the money laundering case was based on the analysis report (LHA) of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK). An element of embezzlement was found in this case.
