SUKABUMI - The Lembursit Police, Sukabumi Kota, West Java, is hunting for a gang of motorbike gangs who attack and persecute street vendors (PKL).

"It is true that there has been persecution of street vendors who are trading fried rice around Lembursitu Terminal, as a result of the abuse the victim suffered stab wounds to his leg and has received medical but does not need to be hospitalized," said Lembursit Police Chief AKP Agus Suherman, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, July 26.

Information gathered from a number of parties, the attack and mistreatment of the fried rice trader in front of the Lembursitu Bus Terminal occurred on Tuesday, July 25 evening at around 23.00 WIB.

According to Agus, after the incident his party went straight to the scene and processed the scene of the case while asking for information from a number of witnesses and victims.

The police are still conducting investigations and coordinating with the Sukabumi City Police Satreskrim to hunt down the perpetrators of the attack and mistreatment of fried rice traders.

"We do not yet know the motive for the perpetrator who attacked the victim. We ask for prayers to the community so that the suspect is caught immediately," he added.

Agus emphasized that the police will take firm action against anyone who has disturbed or disturbed their citizens. In fact, if it threatens the safety of residents and personnel, it does not hesitate to take measured decisive action.
