Prabowo's Younger Brother Reminds Gerindra Cadres In West Kalimantan To Focus On Jokowi's Program Sustainability

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of the Gerindra Party Board of Trustees Hashim Djojohadikusumo and Mochamad Iriawan were present to give encouragement to cadres in West Kalimantan to win Prabowo Subianto in the 2024 Presidential Election.

Hashim, who is also the younger brother of Gerindra Party chairman Prabowo Subianto, also advised that every cadre, volunteer, and sympathizer of the Gerindra Party behave well when entering the political season.

"Later we have to enter the political season well, we have to be polite, have to be polite, not attack anyone, we fight with ideas, ideas and programs," said Hashim as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, July 26.

In the Regional Coordination Meeting of the West Kalimantan Gerindra Party DPD, Hashim also mentioned that one of Prabowo's programs in the future is to continue previous government programs.

"Programs that have been or are being implemented by the government of Mr. President Joko Widodo and Mr. KH Ma'ruf Amin will be continued, but deepen to make improvements," he said.

Hashim also believes that the Gerindra Party will be able to win the 2024 General Election and Presidential Election. This can be seen from Prabowo's electability from the survey agency, which the majority stated that the Minister of Defense was ahead of the names of other presidential candidates.

"It should be noted that the 14 survey institutions that won Prabowo Subianto were not surveys ordered by us, even the survey results included positive votes from the millennial generation and Gen Z against Prabowo," he said.

Meanwhile, Iriawan hopes that one of the Gerindra Party cadres will be able to become governor of West Kalimantan.

"Cadres who become regents, mayors already exist, but governors don't forget, must be there in 2024. The governor's position must be taken, but the most important thing is Prabowo Subianto's victory to become the 8th President of the Republic of Indonesia," he said.

Iwan Bule, Iriawan's nickname, also asked Gerindra Party cadres, volunteers and sympathizers to work on completing the mission with enthusiasm, totality, and sincerity.

"Friends convey to the public, to the community, we must have a leader like him (Prabowo), who has an extraordinary vision and mission to build the country we love," he said.
