BENGKULU - The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) has developed a Rejang Lebong Regency area in Bengkulu Province that has the potential to be affected by natural disasters due to extreme rain by alerting heavy equipment.

Meanwhile, the potential for landslides, he said, is in a number of areas located on Jalan Lintas Curup-Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra such as Binduriang, Sindang Kelingi District and Sindang Pulanjung District.

He continued, for equipment alerted by BPBD Rejang Lebong, one unit of heavy equipment type loader, then public kitchen cars and tank cars as well as disaster assistance logistics.

"Alhamdulillah, so far there have been no reports of natural disasters that have occurred in the Rejang Lebong Regency area, we hope that there will be no natural disasters. However, we still urge residents to always increase their vigilance," he concluded.
