When found, IS was not there and is suspected of having fled, so the police are also pursuing IS. IS, said the Head of Public Relations, is suspected of violating Article 122 in conjunction with Article 73 of Law Number 23 of 2019 concerning a sustainable cultivation system. In addition, IS was also charged with a maximum imprisonment of six years and a maximum fine of IDR 60 billion.
