SOLO - PT Hati Barokah Investama belongs to a culinary entrepreneur from Solo, Central Java, PuspoWardoyo plans to build a factory in Saudi Arabia to meet the consumption needs of pilgrims from Indonesia.

Puspo Wardoyo said the factory is currently in the process of being worked on and is expected to be completed in the next six months.

"By the end of this year, God willing, it will be operational, if my factory has been produced, God willing, there will be no problem for the consumption of pilgrims," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, July 1.

He said that some of the raw materials had now been sent to Saudi Arabia. According to him, the company should have started meeting the needs of some Hajj pilgrims this year.

However, due to a slight problem with the delivery, finally PT Hati Barokah Investama, who is the parent of PT Halalan Thayyiban Indonesia, Tbk, which is part of the Wong Solo Group, was only able to meet the hajj needs for next year.

He said later the food produced by the company was ready-to-eat food, but did not reduce the taste or quality of food.

"If the food (in these conditions) really has to be ready to meal (ready to serve), it can't be fresh. The fresh food from cooking to serving the time is more than 15 hours, the results must be bad," he said.

Later the company will meet the needs of pilgrims from various countries. Not only from Indonesia but also from various regions in the Middle East.

"In fact, in 3-4 years, 8 million (members of the congregation), God willing, we can fulfill it," he said.
