Head of the Jayapura District Attorney's Office, Aleksander Sinuraya, said that apart from M 16 rifles, his party also returned pistols and hundreds of ammunition.

"It is true that three M16s and a gun and hundreds of ammunition have been handed back to the police after previously being used as evidence with the convict Dingen Tabuni who was arrested by the Jayapura Police in 2021," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, June 19.

In addition to returning the senpi, various pieces of evidence from 82 cases were also destroyed which were handled by the Jayapura Kejari.
