Governor Edy: Road Sales In Deli Serdang According To Procedures

MDDAN - Governor of North Sumatra Edy Rahmayadi said the sale of the United Dusun II road, Muliorejo Village, Sunggal District, Deliserdang Regency, North Sumatra was in accordance with the procedure.

Edy Rahmayadi ensured that the road sale process had involved the appointed Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP), to determine the price of the road land.

"Yes, according to the procedure. I saw a price-determining, KJPP. Where is the money, going to the Regional Treasury, what's wrong," said Governor Edy in Medan as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 13.

Governor Edy explained that after being assessed and known the price of the road land, it was then followed by a clear administrative process without violating the law.

"It was submitted, after submitting the KJPP which calculated. The interest is in the public interest. The public approach has been carried out. I checked that," said Edy.

Governor Edy said he asked the administration of the road sales process and immediately studied it, so he considered that there was not a single provision and regulation that was violated in the sale of the road.

"I reported the administration, I read that there was nothing wrong. After it was reported I checked, the administration was complete. I didn't have to, I didn't have to. If that's true, it's wrong, the governor went down," said Edy.

In addition, Edy Rahmayadi revealed that the Deli Serdang district government together with PT Latexindo had built alternative roads, to replace the selling roads. With the aim, public road access can be passed by the public.

"There is an alternative way, as a substitute road for the road. It doesn't matter, in real terms," he said.
