JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto targets the land acquisition of the State Capital (IKN) to be completed by the end of June 2023.
"There are 12 land acquisition packages at IKN, six packages have been completed and six packages are still in the process. We are targeting the six things to be completed by the end of June," Hadi said in a written statement reported by ANTARA, Monday, June 12.
The 12 land acquisition packages carried out by the Ministry of ATR/BPN at IKN include IPAL and IKN Integrated Waste Processing Sites; Logistics Pier; Facilitation of Sepaku Semoi Dam; Sepaku Semoi Dam Phase I; Intake of Sepaku River Phase I and Changes Intake of Sepaku River Phase II.
In addition, Phase IKN Infrastructure I; SPAM Installation of Air KIPP Management; Bypass Shortcut Pasar Sepaku; Sepaku Semoi Dam Phase II; Short Bamang Island Bridge Duplication; and Access Toll Road Towards IKN (Karang Joang-KTT Kariangau-Sp. Tempadung-Jembatan Pulau Balang).

Hadi also conveyed the progress of the Kadastral measurement to the issuance of Management Rights (HPL). The Ministry of ATR/BPN has carried out socialization to the public and is currently being installed with boundary marks at IKN.
