JAKARTA - A former member of the DPR RI with the initials AAFS complained to the Chairman of Commission VII DPR RI Sugeng Suparwoto to the Honorary Court of the Council (MKD) of the DPR RI, Jakarta, regarding the alleged violation of the code of ethics in the form of verbal sexual acts. "Friends, today we at Mbak AAFS, the person is present regarding the case which is now viral on social media (social media)," said Deputy Chairman of the MKD DPR RI Habiburokhman quoted by ANTARA, Friday, June 9. He said the complaint had met the formal requirements after checking. "We at the secretariat had checked formally, yes, the formal requirements have been met," he said. So, he said that the next stage was that the complaint would be followed up with a plenary meeting to double the schedule of summoning complainants and defendants. "So of course, we will schedule after the plenary meeting we will schedule an official summons, and check the clarification of the complainant or complainant and defendant," he said. Habiburokhman said that getting the attention of a number of parties related to the verbal alleged sexual action complaint. "Of course we also get the attention of many members of the DPR RI, especially women from each faction, yes, we certainly have this kind of attention," he said. Meanwhile, AAFS cannot comment much related to the substance of the complaint because a number of procedures that still have to be followed.

"I haven't been able to comment much about the substance of the complaint because the process hasn't been running yet, I'm just using my rights as a citizen and I'm a cadre," he said.AAFS admitted that he also attached a document containing a short message as evidence of his complaint report.
