Megawati: Not Admitting The Birthday Of Pancasila Don't Live In Indonesia

Chairman of the PDI-P Megawati Soekarnoputri asked anyone who questioned not even to believe the birthday of Pancasila on June 1 not to live in Indonesia.

This moment occurred when Megawati gave a speech closing the PDIP National Working Meeting III at the PDIP DPP Party School, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta today, Thursday, June 8. Initially, she mentioned that there were parties who did not recognize the birthday of Pancasila.

"Earlier I heard that even though there was no person or did not want to admit it, it seemed (questioning, red) why Pancasila's birthday was carried out like without a boost," Megawati said in front of her cadre.

"If you can hear me, you shouldn't live in Indonesia! Because Pancasila is final," continued the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia.

Megawati emphasized that Pancasila's birthday could not be changed as well as its value. Because, it contains the thoughts of the nation's founders.

"So, it cannot be changed," he said.

Megawati then asked all parties to compare Indonesia with America. He said the basic laws and constitution in the country were already more advanced because the thoughts of their founding fathers were always respected.

Therefore, Megawati encouraged the same thing to be followed by all parties in the country. "Believe the founding fathers of the nation, because they really are the founders," he said.

Do not let any party then underestimate the existing thinking. PDIP cadres are asked to be an example of the implementation of Pancasila.

"Let none of them underestimate them. We are only their successors. Hold on to the national consensus so that the Indonesian nation can always be eternal," concluded Megawati.
