Tomorrow Tuesday, Megawati Prepares A Surprise At The PDIP III National Working Meeting

Chairman of the PDI-P (PDIP) Megawati Soekarnoputri will give a surprise when the National Working Meeting III will be held from Tuesday, June 6 to Thursday, June 8. This was confirmed by PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto.

"So there will also be an element of surprise later," Hasto told reporters at the PDIP DPP Office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, June 5.

Hasto has not been given details about the surprise. However, he mentioned the National Working Meeting III with the theme 'The Poor and Abandoned Children Protected by the State' will take the enthusiasm of the First President of the Republic of Indonesia Soekarno.

Meanwhile, regarding the vice presidential candidate who will be paired with presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo, said Hasto, it will not be discussed. "There is still time, there is still time," he said.

Furthermore, Hasto said that Megawati and President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) would speak in front of PDIP cadres. However, both of them will make a closed speech because they will mention the strategy in the 2024 General Election.

Hasto called this strategy an effort to continue President Jokowi's leadership in the future. "There will be closed times and it contains art, it contains something strategic because it is related to the interests of the nation and state, it must be done clearly," he said.

With these various preparations, it is hoped that all the ideals of President Jokowi can be realized later. Starting from downstreaming to the construction of a new capital city in Kalimantan can run.

"Everything will be continued by the PDI-P and also later Pak Ganjar Pranowo," concluded Hasto.
