The scope of work includes, among others, planning for the design of 104 and 105 parcels, construction work for landed houses, public facilities and social areas for regional infrastructure work and furniture work. Furthermore, Iwan said that his party had prepared a house design in two types, namely the downslope type and the upslope type with a building area of 580 square meters and a land area of 1,000 square meters.
