The Owner Of The Pluit Shophouse Who Grabbed The Road's Shoulder Is Called A Turn Of Money For Road Repairs

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has dismantled the section of the shophouse building on Jalan Pluit Karang Niaga/DOK Public Relations of the DKI Provincial Government.

JAKARTA - Head of the Rukun Tetangga (RT) 011/03 Pluit Riang Prasetya said the owner of the shop house (Ruko) in the Pluit Karang Niaga area, Penjaringan, North Jakarta was willing to spend Rp53.6 million to repair the road using concrete blocks.

Meanwhile, the total costs incurred for repairing roads that are the management area of the Pluit Land Management Agency (BPL) or now known as PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) reached Rp480 million which was divided between the shop owner and the RT management.

"They came out of the money (while showing the expenditure report document of Rp53.6 million). But also look at this the results of the self-help collection of funds at the costs incurred (still minus Rp426.4 million)," said Riang as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, May 25.

The details incurred include the installation of a concrete block at Ruko Blok Z4 Utara, Z8 Selatan, and two other blocks in the form of letter T (Letter T) reaching Rp368 million, the additional cost of casting the conblock peaked Rp26.9 million, additional paving block on the road side of Ruko Blok Z4 Utara and Z8 Selatan Rp8 million, additional costs for the road side of the other two blocks Rp37.9 million.

The cost of dismantling the concrete of sewer and shoulder channels is Rp. 17 million, the cost of cars for transporting debris and sewer waste is Rp. 7.4 million and the cost of making road side sewer covers for two other blocks is Rp. 14.8 million.

Officers also brought two units of Sky Lift Crane trucks to lift personnel in charge of destroying the canopy.

All of this was done by officers because the shophouse building was not in accordance with the function of the space, both the designation and intensity of the building, did not comply with the provisions of the use of space in the spatial plan, and hindered access to areas that by the provisions of the legislation were declared as public property.
