Suspicious Symptoms, Motorcycle Thieves Successfully Arrested By School Security

BOGOR - The man suspected of theft of a motorbike was arrested by a security guard or security guard at SMPN 2 Rumpin, Bogor Regency. Currently, the man is still under further investigation at the Rumpin Police.

The Head of the Rumpin Police, Kompol Sumijo, said the incident occurred at around 10:00 WIB. Initially, the school security suspected that an unknown man was walking towards the parking lot of the school's motorbike.

"The movement is long, some small ones are not closed, they can still go in and out. He entered through the open door," said Sumijo, Monday, April 10.

He said, the security then approached the alleged perpetrator, whose identity was not yet known. However, when the man was about to be arrested, he resisted and a fight broke out.

"Against. But they were immediately secured and called the Sector Police," he explained.

The police who came to the location immediately arrested the suspected perpetrator and carried out an investigation. Although not yet in action, it is suspected that the perpetrator was about to steal a motorbike with his colleague who fled.

"Yes, the suspicion is still being investigated. Just secured, the suspicion is that it points to the (perpetrators) of the theft but just entered the page, they are suspected of being the same security and being immediately secured," said Sumijo.

Meanwhile, SMPN 2 security Rumpin Umar Teguh said he had monitored the alleged perpetrator in the school motorcycle parking lot. When he was seen targeting one of the motorbikes, he was immediately secured.

"I had a fight and was attacked by two people but only one was caught, while the other managed to escape using a motorbike," said Umar.
