Nephew In Sukabumi Has The Heart To Kill His Uncle, The Victim Is Stabbed After Sahur

SUKABUMI - Cibadak Police personnel arrested a male nephew with the initials AR (48) who allegedly killed his uncle Nano Supriatno (60), a resident of Babakanyar Village, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. "We arrested the suspect after the previous residents surrounded and arrested AR after committing the murder of his uncle," said Cibadak Police Chief Commissioner Ridwan Ishak, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, April 10. According to Ridwan, from the results of the investigation, it turned out that there was still a family relationship where AR was the nephew of Nano. This murder incident, after the victim ate sahur or at around 03.45 WIB, Monday 10 April.

According to information gathered from the police, the murder case that occurred in Kelurahan/Subdistrict of Cibadak began when the suspect came to the victim's house in an emotional condition, where AR was often offended by the victim. Nano, who had just started fasting, did not accept his nephew's actions and finally had a verbal altercation between the two. Seeing AR and Nano involved in a verbal altercation, the victim's brother, Tato Supriatno, tried to break up. However, suddenly AR took out a knife which then stabbed him into several parts of Nano's body which resulted in the victim's death on the spot.

Meanwhile, the tattoo, who was shocked to see his nephew stabbed, immediately unconscious and eventually died at the location. Ridwan said from the testimony of several witnesses that Nano died as a result of being stabbed by the perpetrator, while the victim's older brother, Tattoo, died, was suspected of having a heart attack due to shock at seeing his sister being brutally murdered by the suspect.

"We have detained the perpetrator in the Cibadak Police Headquarters cell and are currently being questioned by investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cibadak Police knowing the motive behind the murder," he said. Meanwhile, the victim's neighbor M Farhan Nugraha, who at the time of the incident was around the location, added that initially he heard a commotion at the victim's house and thought there was a thief, but after seeing it, it turned out that there was a murder. Furthermore, he mentioned that the suspect entered the victim's house wearing a buffer or cloth covering his face and wearing a helmet. Hearing the commotion, local residents immediately came to the location and saw Nano and Tattoo lying on the floor.

Residents who saw AR were about to run away and then immediately arrested him. "For the trigger, I don't know, there may be family problems," he said.

Monitoring at the location of a number of police personnel from the Cibadak Police and the Sukabumi Police are still investigating the crime scene (TKP) and the victim's house has been installed with a police line so that no person with no interest enters the location.

In addition to throwing the suspect in prison, the police also confiscated a number of evidences, including a knife used by AR to stab the victim, the suspect's helmet and motorbike.
