"It has been decided, three years and six months of his sentence. If the verdict is here, the prosecutor will then execute it to the prison," said Cibinong District Court Public Relations Officer Amran S Herman in Cibinong, Bogor, West Java, as reported by Antara.

He explained that after the trial of the verdict took place, the defendant's attorney had not yet filed an appeal against the verdict submitted by the panel of judges.

The Cibinong District Court, he continued, gave the defendant seven days to determine the next legal steps.

"Earlier, the PN's decision on the decision was still being considered whether to accept the verdict or not. The defendant and the prosecutor were still given time to think within seven days, whether to file an appeal or not," he said.

It is known, Siti Aisyah Nasution was named a suspect by the Bogor Police on November 17, 2022, on suspicion of fraud and embezzlement under the guise of investment of 317 people and 116 of them were IPB students with a total loss of IDR 2.3 billion.

Each of the victims of the fraudulent investment experienced a nominal loss of various losses, ranging from Rp. 2 million to Rp. 20 million which is now a debt on several official online loan platforms, such as Shoppe Pay Latter, Shopee Borrowing, Akulaku, and Kredivo.

Siti Aisyah, who has been carrying out her actions since February 2022, initially offered victims to invest in an online store of hers with the lure of dividing 10 percent of each profit.

Considering that the majority of victims are students, Siti Aisyah advises her victims to apply for a loan to earn money in order to invest.
