"The method is to mix from subsidized cylinders to non-subsidized tubes, then by the perpetrators they are sold at non-subsidized prices," said Zamrul.
The perpetrators were charged with Article 55 of the Oil and Gas Law (Migas) and Article 62 in conjunction with Article 68 letters b and c of the Consumer Protection Act. "The case is still being developed and we are still pursuing other perpetrators to uncover a larger network," concluded Zamrul.
