Banten Police Arrest 10 Debt Collectors While Trying To Take Paksa Dump Trucks In The Middle Of The Road

The Banten Police's Ditreskrimum secured 10 debt collectors on Jalan Raya Boulevard Citra Raya Roundabout 6, Ciakar Village, Panongan District, Thursday, February 23 at around 10.30 WIB.

Dirreskrimum Polda Banten Kombes Pol Ade Rahmat Idnal through Kasubdit Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Banten Kompol M. Akbar confirmed the arrest.

It is true that 10 debt collectors have been arrested which are divided into two groups, namely the Citra group and the Serang Group. The perpetrators' Citra groups include JS (46), BV (43), EP (49), SM (44), LT (35). In addition, Serang II (29), AH (24), DK (37), HJ (33), HS (26), said Akbar in a written statement, Thursday night, February 23.

Akbar explained that the arrest of the 10 debt collectors began when the debt collectors tried to forcibly take the Mitsubishi Fuso dump truck Nopol F 8533 FF orange on Jalan Raya Boulevard Citra Raya Panongan, around round 6.

"The truck is planned to be taken to PT. Adira Finance Citra Raya on the grounds that the car is in arrears for 4 months of installments," said Akbar.

Until finally the commotion was discovered by the police, officers who slid to the location immediately secured 10 debt collectors.

"We secured several pieces of evidence, namely one unit of dump truck Mitsubishi Fusi number F 8588 FF," said Akbar.

The debt collectors were taken to the Banten Police for examination.

"We took action by the police to make a police report, complete the administration of the investigation, conduct further investigations," concluded Akbar.
