YOGYAKARTA - Rosti Simanjuntak, the mother of the late Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, reported that Yosua's hundreds of millions had suddenly disappeared from the account. Kamaruddin Simanjuntak said that the report on the loss of the ATM card was made so that the family could take care of the rights of the late Yosua. Rosti Simanjuntak reported the loss of money from her son's account on July 10-11, 2022, after the shooting incident.

"Tonight we made a police report related to the alleged crime of theft or theft with violence and or money laundering against the late Yosua," Kamaruddin told the media.

In the alleged theft of the money, Brigadier J's family reported three defendants, namely Ricky Rizal, Ferdy Sambo, and Putri Candrawathi. Then how much was Brigadier J's assets lost after being killed?

Kamaruddin Simanjuntak said that the Yosua family suffered a loss of more than Rp. 200 million in the alleged theft of the money. However, Kamaruddin has not been able to conclude the total loss.

"Like the facts of the trial, the deceased's money was lost Rp. 200 million after he was buried on the 10th (July), on the 11th, from inside his grave in quotes still transferring Rp. 200 million, of course it is impossible for the late Yosua to do that," Kamaruddin told reporters, Wednesday (15/2) night.

Kamaruddin also revealed that the lost assets were not only hundreds of millions of money, but also other valuables belonging to Brigadier J. The items in question included two cellphones, laptops, watches, gold pins, and a number of accounts belonging to Brigadier J. The assets were allegedly controlled by the perpetrators in the premeditated murder.

"The clear loss is above Rp. 200 million. It has not been calculated from the loss of cellphones, laptops, and other gadgets, "said Kamaruddin.

Kamaruddin also conveyed that Ricky Rizal's transfer activities were from Brigadier J's personal account three days after the murder. The lawyer said that Brigadier J's Rp200 million had been transferred by Ricky Rizal to obey orders from Putri Candrawathi.

"We reported the loss of money from the late Yosua worth Rp 200 million which was transferred by Ricky Rizal based on Putri Candrawati's instructions," continued Kamaruddin.

The defendant Ricky has also admitted the act before the public prosecutor as a witness. He admitted that he had transferred Rp200 million from the account in the name of Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat to his account.

"As revealed in the trial pact, the perpetrators were those who claimed that Ricky Rizal was either on his own initiative or on orders from Putri Candrawati," said Kamaruddin.

However, Ricky admitted that the money he moved was the operational funds of Ferdy Sambo's family. Ricky said the money was managed by Brigadier J. This confession was questioned by Iman Wahyu Santoso as Chairman of the Panel of Judges in the trial.

The family of the late Yosua also made a model C police report to take care of or replace the belongings of Brigadier J. Kamaruddin said that it must be given to the heirs, not controlled by the perpetrators of the murder.

"So it is the heirs who are entitled to all of the items of the deceased after being slaughtered or killed. But these perpetrators are not heirs. So he has no right to take the goods of the deceased," said Kamaruddin.
