Ini Ibu Ami, Dia Kelukan Rumahnya Rusak Akibat Rekonstruksi Bangunan Tetangga

Mrs. Ami (53), a resident of Kebon Baru, Tebet, South Jakarta, complained that her house was damaged due to the reconstruction of her neighbor's building.

JAKARTA - The house belonging to Mrs. Ami (53) on Jalan X Number 9, Kebon Baru Village, Tebet, South Jakarta was damaged on the wall. Ami's problems are not uncommon in general, because the damage occurred after his neighbor built a house. Ami is worried about the safety of his family.

Ami said that the problem had occurred since 2017. Along with the project road, he admitted that he was surprised, when he saw the development project behind his house, it turned out that he did not use the foundation.

Land, wood, and stone began to pile up on the land where land was placed again, rocks. It was very noisy," said Ami when met at his home, Tuesday, February 7.

Since then Ami's house has been damaged. The wall of his house was cracked and humid due to eroded water. In fact, he has spent Rp. 14.8 million in his personal money to repair his house, as a result of the construction project.

"I came out for Rp. 14.8 million to repair these cracked walls. It uses our own money, some say this house is an old building. But why is only this part of the wall cracked? The others are not," he said.

He was worried that his house would collapse for a long time. Moreover, the construction on the land behind his house is still ongoing.

"I just sleep in the room (under it) if, for example, collapse, I can be safe. We only ask for one, he installs the foundation. We don't ask for anything else," said Ami.
