For Deputy Chairman Of Golkar Ridwan Kamil, North Sumatra Deputy Governor Ijeck Is 'Training' To Become Governor Of North Sumatra

MEDAN - Deputy Chairman Ridwan Kamil said the Deputy Governor of North Sumatra (Wagubsu) Musa Rajekshah or Ijeck was in the 'training period' to become governor by managing the dynamics of development at the provincial level.

"When the deputy governor goes to the governor, there is a slight difference. It's just a matter of initial destiny. At least he has had training in managing the political dynamics of development at the provincial level," said Kang Emil in Medan as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, February 1.

Kang Emil wishes the best for Bang Ijeck who also serves as the Chairman of the North Sumatra Golkar Party DPD.

"So we pray for the best, whatever it is destined for. Hopefully, that will be the best for the people of North Sumatra. I guarantee it," he said.

Kang Emil, who has just become a Golkar cadre/administrator, admits that he wants to 'dive into' the political map in North Sumatra.

"I've only joined Golkar for a week or so. So I came here to find out what politics in North Sumatra is like and so on," he said.

The former Mayor of Bandung, admitted that he was given the task by the General Chairperson of Golkar, Airlangga Hartarto, to bring the millennial generation into political parties.

"My job is to bring young people back to build a vehicle called a political party, because whether or not a party will progress depends on its residents," he said.

Because of that, Kang Emil invited quality residents and the younger generation with enthusiasm so that regeneration would occur.

"I will come again in the next two or three months, of course with more programs for young people so that they are more optimal," said Kang Emil.
