JATENG - Treasurer of the Branch Leadership Council (DPC) of the Gerindra Party of Banyumas Regency, Rina Linogi, objected to being rotated as deputy chairman without his knowledge or without confirmation to the person concerned.

Rina claimed to have served as Treasurer of the DPC Gerindra Party, Banyumas Regency for 13 years.

According to him, this is very detrimental to him morally because of the assumption that he is not responsible within Gerindra and does not implement the articles of association and household budget (AD/ART).

"However, in fact, I have carried out my responsibilities for 13 years properly and in accordance with the statutes of the party that have been determined without causing any losses to the Gerindra Party," he said during a press statement in Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Wednesday, February 1 afternoon, confiscated by Antara.

The application for structure proposed by the Chairman of the DPC Gerindra Party of Banyumas Regency, said Rina, was based on a joint meeting decision. During the meeting, Rina Linogi determined and proposed to remain the treasurer of the DPC Gerindra Party, Banyumas Regency.

According to him, this was done with the consideration that the safety of the distribution of funds and budgets could be maintained.

However, without his knowledge or other administrators, he continued, the chairman and secretary were not aware of any changes and additions to the decree (SK).

"Especially with the emergence of three names of village heads (village heads) who have never been proposed or proposed by the Chairperson and Secretary of the Gerindra DPC Banyumas Regency. This raises questions in the structural environment and cadres and sympathizers of Gerindra Banyumas," he said.

He admitted that he had submitted an objection letter and questioned the reason for changing himself to the Central Executive Board of the Gerindra Party DPP with several considerations so as not to cause negative prejudices that were directed at him.

This explanation, he said, was needed to reduce the prejudice he judged, so that there would be no politicized bias within the Gerindra Party's family, especially in Banyumas Regency.

In addition, the internal conflict in the Gerindra Party of Banyumas Regency is getting warmer. The reason is that three names of active village heads in Banyumas Regency were listed as administrators of the Gerindra Party of Banyumas Regency which were never proposed by the Chairperson and Secretary of Gerindra Banyumas at the meeting.

"Even if I am replaced, why not by more senior cadres, who have contributed and been dedicated to the party. Not replaced by new people, who have not made any contribution and dedication to the party," he said.

According to Rina, there are still many other cadres who are more senior and loyal to the party, such as cadres who sit in the Gerindra faction of the Banyumas Regency DPRD.

In fact, he said, there are also many chairmen of branch children (PAC) who are already seniors and have seen their loyalty and dedication to the Gerindra Party.

When contacted via the WhatsApp messaging application, the chairman of the DPC Gerindra Party, Banyumas Regency, Budiyono, said that the treasurer of the Gerindra Party DPC Banyumas Regency, Rina Linogi, had the right to protest over the rotation.

"Protes is Mbak Rina's right as a party cadre," he wrote.

Meanwhile, Secretary of the Gerindra Party DPC Banyumas Regency Rachmat Imanda admitted that his party had submitted a proposal to the Gerindra DPP regarding the improvement of the management structure of the Gerindra DPC Banyumas Regency.

"Indeed there has been a change in the structure of the treasurer and of course because that is the authority of the DPP. In Gerindra there is no musda (regional deliberation) and muscab (branch deliberation), so the term is like a mandate, we give proposals and so on, later the decision will be in the DPP," he explained.

However, at the time of the meeting, his party invited Rina Linogi to object to the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Gerindra Party of Central Java Province and the Gerindra Party DPP.

In this case, he continued, the DPC of the Gerindra Party of Banyumas Regency followed the flow or discussion to be sent to the Central Provincial Gerindra Party DPD in Semarang and then sent to the Gerindra Party DPP.

"Then what will the center go down like. Even if there is an objection, yes, we will send it back to the DPD and DPP, that's the order," he said.

In this regard, Imanda emphasized that her party respects the objection submitted by Rina Linogi and invites the person concerned to send a letter to the DPD and DPP.
