The DKI Satpol PP Budget For 2023 Capai Is IDR 1 Trillion, For Anything?

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) received a regional budget allocation of up to IDR 1.04 trillion in the 2023 regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD).

In the presentation of the working meeting with Commission A of the DKI DPRD, Head of DKI Satpol PP Arifin explained that the annual expenditure allocation was divided into 5 budget items.

In detail, the allocation of salaries and employee allowances amounted to Rp252 billion, additional employee income of Rp481 billion, non-permanent employee expenditures and PJLP of Rp233 billion, activities in the field of Rp73 billion, and grant activities of Rp23 billion.

In its use, the Satpol PP allocated a budget ceiling of Rp. 4 billion to buy field official clothes and sports clothes, Rp. 11.4 billion to buy 20 electric bicycles and 324 automatic motorcycles, Rp. 552 million to finance regional regulatory socialization activities.

Then, there was also Rp9.9 billion to buy special operational official vehicle (KDO) fuel, Rp1 billion for the provision of KDO licensing services, Rp13 billion for the provision of KDO maintenance services, Rp6.9 billion for enforcement and prosecution for violators of regulations.

Furthermore, the budget of Rp. 2.9 billion for security activities for Satpol PP and assistance for personnel from the TNI-Polri ranks, Rp. 1.2 billion for increasing the capacity of the community to care about tramtibum, Rp. 709 billion for holding a judicial trial against violations of the rules.

Then, the budget of IDR 4.2 billion for the provision of Satpol PP work facilities and infrastructure in the office, IDR 859 million for supervision to special control in the Kota Tua area, IDR 829 million for accommodation for the implementation of community protection in dealing with disasters.

In addition, there is also a grant budget to other agencies, namely Rp11 billion to the Jaya Military Regional Command (Kodam) for the procurement of official vehicles for Kodam Jaya officials, as well as Rp12 billion for the Pasmar 1 Marine Corps for the procurement of riot equipment.
