Sindir Putri Candrawathi's Prosecutor Who Dares To Tell The Story Of Harassment But Feeling Embarrassed Shelly

JAKARTA - The prosecutor satirized Putri Candrawathi who did not tell Ferdy Sambo about her bruises. In fact, he dared to tell about the alleged abuse that was accused by Yosua alias Brigadier J.

The satire began when the prosecutor immediately questioned the injuries caused by the series of alleged abuses experienced by Putri Candrawathi.

"I don't want to go far regarding the incident (harassment) in Magelang. In essence, the victim committed an act of harassment and violence. At that time, the sister experienced violence by Yosua based on the story of the brother, sister fell. Did she fall on the bed or on the floor?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, January 11.

At that time, Putri said she was slammed three times by Brigadier J. Two on the bed and the rest to the floor.

"The first time I put it on the bed. The second is on the bed. The third is on the floor," said Putri.

"When I stood up at that time, the bruises were on the left thigh," he continued.

That's when the prosecutor asked if Ferdy Sambo knew about the bruises suffered by Putri Candrawathi. However, Putri's answer seemed to have surprised the prosecutor. Because, she said she did not tell her husband out of shame.

So, the prosecutor satirized Putri who did not tell. In fact, Ferdy Sambo's wife dared to say about the harassment.

"Is the bruises visible to my husband?" asked the prosecutor.

"No," said Putri Candrawathi.

"Why?" asked the prosecutor.

"I'm ashamed," said Putri Candrawathi.

"Malu? But telling (harassment) is not (malam). The panel is enough," quipped the prosecutor.

Putri Candrawathi is a defendant in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J. She was charged with being involved in the series of settlements.

Then, in the file of Putri Candrawathi's friends, it is said that they did not prevent her husband's plan and reported it to law enforcement officials. In fact, he was aware of the plans and killings of Brigadier J.

Thus, Putri Candrawathi is suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of (1) and is threatened with a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
