Young Lex Disseminates Videos Of Violence Against Children, This Said The Police Chief

JAKARTA - A viral video on social media showing acts of violence against children. The video was uploaded by the Indonesian rapper @Young_Lex18 on his Instagram page.

Seen in the video, the man allegedly hit the victim constantly.

Contacted separately, the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ary confirmed the incident. The incident has been declared on September 23, 2022.

Based on the Reporting Reports (BAP), Ade explained that the violence took place from 2021 to 2022 at the Signature Park Apartment on Jalan Letjen MT Haryono Kav. 22-23 Tebet, South Jakarta.

Information said that the incident began when the reported RIS often kicked the victim with the initials K since 2021.

"In addition, the reported often cursing and angry at the victim with harsh words. The reported KL victims often commit violence by hitting the victim's body and the reported often cursing and scolding the victim," said Ade in his statement, Tuesday, December 20.

Ade admitted that in that case there were a few obstacles, namely regarding the victim's medical record. Because the alleged violence incident has been too long.

"There is no post-mortem for the 2021-2022 incident and no medical records," he said.

The former Tangerang Police Chief also revealed that his party plans to conduct a crime scene (TKP). The goal is to reveal the case.

Regarding the status of the witness, Ade said that the reported party was still a witness. Because investigations are still being carried out regarding the alleged violence.

"(The reported) is still a witness. Because it is still in the process of being investigated. (The plan) to hold a case has been investigated," he concluded.
