JAKARTA - The number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia increased by 1,451 people per last data on December 18, 2022, at 12.00 WIB. The public is asked not to slacken health protocols (prokes) ahead of the 2022 Christmas and 2023 New Year holidays.

The COVID-19 Task Force also noted that the number of active cases that included COVID-19 sufferers who were still undergoing treatment and self-isolation was reduced by 1,382 so that the total active cases amounted to 32,042.
