Pretrial AKBP Bambang Kayun Signed The South Jakarta District Court

JAKARTA - The pretrial submission of AKBP Bambang Kayun was rejected by the South Jakarta District Court (PN). This decision was read by the Sole Judge of the South Jakarta District Court, Agung Sutomo Thoba, today, Tuesday, December 13. "Declaring that the applicant's pretrial is unacceptable," said Agung at the South Jakarta District Court. All applications of members of the Bhayangkara Corps were rejected. The judge said that the KPK's determination of the suspect was in accordance with the procedure. In addition, the pretrial lawsuit is considered to have entered the main realm of the case. With this decision, Bambang's status remains a suspect. "To charge the applicant with zero court fees," said the Supreme Court judge. The KPK has named AKBP Bambang Kayun as a suspect in alleged bribery and gratification related to falsification of letters during the case for the seizure of the rights of the heirs of PT Aria Citra Mulia (ACM). He is suspected of getting billions of rupiah to the Toyota Alphard car. In the aftermath of this determination, AKBP Bambang Kayun filed a pretrial at the South Jakarta District Court. The South Jakarta District Court's Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) said the lawsuit was registered number 108/Pid.Pra/2022/PN JKT.SEL. In his lawsuit, Bambang said he was named a suspect because of a gift or promise when he served as Head of the Subdivision of Criminal and Human Rights (HAM) for the Legal Application of the Bankum Bureau of the Police Legal Division from 2013 to 2019.
