JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources through the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) together with PT Pertamina (Persero) again inaugurated 34 distributors of One Price Fuel simultaneously in 3 cities, namely South Nias, Sambas, and Hulu Sungai Selatan.

Head of BPH Migas, Erika Retnowati said, through the inauguration in these 3 cities, now 412 dealers are operating throughout Indonesia.

"Through the One Price Fuel Policy, it is hoped that regions outside Java can enjoy fuel that costs the same as in Java so that social justice for all Indonesian people can be realized and provide a multiplier effect on economic growth in the regions", explained Erika Retnowati in a statement to the media, Thursday, December 1.

She added that the distribution of One Price Fuel points is indeed focused on areas outside Java, Madura, and Bali, or areas that need access to energy. Not infrequently, this region also presents big challenges in the distribution process.

To answer this distribution challenge, the Main Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Alfian Nasution said that Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to coordinate in ensuring the distribution process continues to run well.

According to her, the presence of One Price BBM to serve it sustainably must be balanced with a guarantee of good distribution.

"We thank all Regional Heads for facilitating the presence of the One Price Fuel distribution agency. Going forward, we will continue to coordinate to ensure that fuel distribution can run optimally, on time, in the right amount, and appropriate quality in the framework of synergy to realize access to affordable energy for the community", she said.

The inauguration of BBM 1 Price on Nias covered 16 dealers, namely the areas of Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau Islands, South Sumatra, Lampung, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, West Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, Maluku, and West Papua.

The inauguration of One Price Fuel in Hulu Sungai Selatan covering 4 distributors, namely the South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan areas, and the Inauguration of One Price Fuel in Sambas covering 14 distributors, namely the West Kalimantan and North Kalimantan areas.

Just so you know, the One Price BBM program aims to realize the availability, ease of access, and affordability of fuel prices, especially in the foremost, outermost and underdeveloped 3T areas in Indonesian territory. Throughout 2022, 92 distributors are targeted to be present to meet the fuel needs of residents in the 3T area. It is recorded that up to November 30, 81 dealers have been built.
