Ferdy Sambo Will Meet His Biological Brother At The Trial For The Murder Of Brigadier J Today

JAKARTA - The further trial of the alleged premeditated murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J with the defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi was held today.

In the hearing with the agenda of hearing the testimony of this witness, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) will present 13 witnesses, one of which is the brother of the defendant Ferdy Sambo, namely Leonardo Sambo.

"The prosecutor plans to present 13 witnesses," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto when confirmed, Tuesday, November 8.

The 13 witnesses who will be presented besides Leonardo Sambo consist of former aide Ferdy Sambo, namely Adhan Romer, Daden Miftahul Haq, Prayogi Iktara Wikaton, and Farhan Sabilah.

Then, assistant witnesses or household assistants (ART) Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi who will testify, namely Susi, Sartini, Rojiah, Abdul Somad, and Daryanto or Kodir.

Meanwhile, the other witness is a security guard or security at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, Jakarta. They are Marjuki, Alfonsius Dua Lurang and Damianus Laba Kobam alias Damson.

In this case, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati were jointly charged with premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
