Prabowo then emphasized that a strong defense was an order of the 1945 Constitution which in its opening stated that the first national goal was to protect all of Indonesia's bloodshed.
"Our Founding fathers hope that our country must be protected. A rich country must protect its wealth. Otherwise, its wealth will be seized by other nations and our people will not prosper," said Prabowo.
Prabowo also thanked the award. "Once again I consider hope and challenges. I will work my best in the days and years to come," he said.
