Examination Of 10 Witnesses Of The Audit Of The Defendant Bharada E Joined, Except For Dating And Brigadier J's Sister

JAKARTA - The panel of judges decided that the examination of 10 of the 12 witnesses in the follow-up trial of the murder of Brigadier J against the defendant Richard totaling or Bharada E was carried out simultaneously.

The two witnesses whose examinations were separated were Brigadier J's girlfriend and sister, Vera Simanjuntak and Mahareza Rizky, respectively.

"We all joined but not specifically for Vera's sister and sister of the victim," said Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Santosa during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, October 25.

The reason for separating the examinations of the two witnesses was because the panel of judges considered their statements important to be investigated.

"We need to separate others, we will check together," said the judge.

In the trial with the defendant Bharada E, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) presented 12 witnesses. They are the family and relatives of Brigadier J or Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat.

The witnesses included Samuel Hutabarat, Rosti Simanjuntak, Marezal Rizky, Yuni Artika Hutabarat, Devianita Hutabarat, Novitasari Nadea, Simanjuntak Spirit, Sanggah Parulian, Rosline Emika Simanjuntak, Indrawanto Pasaribu, and Vera Marema Simanjuntak.
