Bharada E: Starting From Facebook Status, Kamaruddin Was Finally Asked To Be The Attorney For Brigadier J's Family Law

JAKARTA - As soon as he learned about the news of Brigadier J's murder at Ferdy Sambo's house, advocate Kamarudddin Simanjuntak wrote the status on Facebook. And this is where the story of Kamaruddin's legal assistance to Brigadier J's family began.

This was revealed by Kamaruddin when he was presented as a witness in the follow-up trial of the alleged premeditated murder of Brigadier J with the defendant Bharada E at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, October 25.

The status was apparently commented on by one of Brigadier J's relatives, Sanggah Sianturi.

"Bere (the nephew) of you, Tulang," said Sanggah referring to Brigadier J.

Then Kamaruddin suggested a number of legal steps that they had to take. Not long after, at 06.00 WIB to be exact, this time Sanggah contacted Kamaruddin.

There was introduced to the parents of Brigadier J who again asked for advice. At that time, Brigadier J's parents were worried because the entire legal process would cost a lot.

Moreover, Brigadier J's father was only arguing after being laid off during COVID-19.
