No Special Security Against The Panel Of Judges Ahead Of Ferdy Sambo's Trial Next Week

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel) confirmed that there was no special security for the panel of judges for the trial of the murder case of Ferdy Sambo and his friends against Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J.

"In terms of special security, we don't know if it's in particular, but what is clear is that security exists," said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer Haruno Patriadi, quoting Antara, Monday, October 10.

Haruno said that until now there has been no request for special security either for the panel of judges or the defendants.

However, he explained that for security of course apart from the police security, his party will automatically write to the security administration administratively.

This means that the overall security of the South Jakarta District Court office during the trial will take place later.

"Of course, we have coordinated security, we have coordinated regarding the number, depending on the need," he said.

In addition, Haruno also said the trial would take place in the South Jakarta District Court openly, with a room capacity of 40 people.

But he also said it was possible to show it 'live streaming'.

The Ferdy Sambo case entered a new phase of evidence at trial after the Criminal Investigation Police investigators handed over stage II suspects and evidence to the Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday, October 5, with a total of 12 case files for 11 suspects.

The defendants were Ferdy Sambo, who was involved in the premeditated murder of Brigadier Joshua and the "obstruction of justice", Putri Candrawati (Ferdy Sambo's wife), and Kuat Maruf.

Two of the defendants were members of the National Police in the premeditated murder case, namely Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumio and Bripka Ricky Rizal Wibowo.
