Coming To The Palace, Suharso Manoarfa Succeeded President Jokowi In Speaking Of IKN To PPP's 'Polemic'

JAKARTA - Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) Suharso Monoarfa met with President Jokowi to discuss the capital city of the archipelago and leadership issues in the United Development Party.

"(Speaking) of many things," said Suharso at the Jakarta presidential palace, Monday, September 12, quoted from Antara.

However, Suharso did not explain further regarding the current PPP leadership issue.

"Yes, we will finish it well later," said Suharso briefly.

On September 9, 2022, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights passed Muhammad Mardiono as the Acting Chairperson of the PPP Executive Board for the 2020-2025 term of service.

"Later, I'll finish it well," added Suharso then got into the car.

In the excerpt of the decision letter from the Minister of Law and Human Rights, H. Muhammad Mardiono was the Acting General Chairperson of the PPP DPP based at the PPP office of Jalan Diponegoro Number 60 Central Jakarta.

The PPP National Working Conference (Mukernas), which was attended by the chairman and secretary of 27 PPP DPWs throughout Indonesia and held in Serang, Banten on Sunday (4/9) 2022, decided to dismiss Suharso Monoarfa as General Chair and replaced by Muhammad Mardiono.

The replacement of the General Chairperson of PPP was the aftermath of Suharso Monoarfa's statement regarding the issue of the kiai envelope that he conveyed at the briefing of PPP cadres by the KPK in mid-August.

The PPP management then submitted the new management files from the Mukernas results to the Directorate General of General Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on September 6, 2022.

Muhammad Mardiono is currently known to serve as a member of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres).

However, Suharso Monoarfa had emphasized that he was still the General Chair of PPP based on the provisions of the party's AD/ART.

As the General Chair of PPP, Suharso said that he always worked hard in uniting every party element following all the provisions, and inviting all parties to politics properly and correctly.
