JAKARTA - An Indonesian man ended his life after working for four months in Japan.

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Tokyo confirmed the incident that occurred on August 25.

"The Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo has handled this incident since August 25, 2022", the Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo wrote on its official Twitter account quoted from Antara, Friday, September 2.

The man is known to be 22 years old from Central Java and lives in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He only arrived in April 2022 to work in water pipeline construction.
