PANDEGLANG – Four drug dealers in Pandeglang Banten were arrested by the Narcotics Unit of the Pandeglang Police. They had the initials AS (30), ES (28), ETW (26), and AL (27) who sold methamphetamine and marijuana through Instagram.

"From the results of the cyber patrol, we found that there was a distribution of methamphetamine through the Instagram account, big_daddy.id," said Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the Pandeglang Police, Ilman, in a written statement, Monday, August 8.

Ilman revealed that the arrest process was carried out by disguised as a buyer.

"On Saturday (August 6), his party pretended to be a buyer to the perpetrator. The agreed place for the transaction was at Villa Arista, Carita District, Pandeglang Regency and managed to secure AS and evidence in the form of two clear plastic packages containing marijuana type narcotics, with a gross weight of 2.94 grams and one cellphone unit," said Ilman.

Then after the development was carried out from the US, on the same day at around 17:00 WIB, his party managed to secure 2 suspects with the initials ES and ETW at a fruit shop in Cinangka District, Serang Regency along with evidence in the form of a clear plastic clip package containing narcotics type seeds. marijuana with a gross weight of 1.03 grams, cash amounting to 900 thousand rupiah, one cellphone and one sling bag.

For their actions, the four perpetrators were charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) subsidiary Article 113 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) more subsidiary Article 112 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) of the Law RI Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
