Twice The Summons Did Not Show Up And Then Disappeared, South Jakarta Police Issued DPO For Adultery Cases

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police has published the Wanted List (DPO) for female perpetrators of adultery whose whereabouts are unknown until now.

The issuance of the DPO was also published through the Instagram social media account @polisijaksel on Monday night.

"Twice have been summoned to be brought before the Prosecutor's Office and did not attend without giving a reason," said Head of the Women and Children Protection Unit (Kanit PPA) of the South Jakarta Metro Police AKP Mariana, quoting Antara, Tuesday, August 9.

Mariana explained that her party had searched for MH's residence but the person in question was not found, so the South Jakarta Metro Police made him a DPO.

According to Mariana, at that time MH committed adultery with a man with the initials DP at a hotel in the South Jakarta area. As for the victim, namely RF.

However, Mariana did not mention in detail when the perpetrator committed adultery with the man.

This case has been investigated and found that there is a criminal element based on Article 284 of the Criminal Code which regulates the crime of adultery.

The South Jakarta Metro Police (Polrestro) has submitted the case file to the Prosecutor's Office for follow-up, but MH did not show up despite calling him twice.

"The case file has been transferred to the Prosecutor's Office and has been declared complete by the prosecutor," he said.

In the publication of the DPO, it is stated that the identity of the perpetrator MH was born in Sungai Tabuk, April 26, 1999. Currently, the perpetrator is 23 years old.

This woman who works as a housewife has white physical characteristics, oval face shape and thin body.

The South Jakarta (South Jakarta) Metro Police asked the community for help to contact the police if they found the woman with the status of DPO.
