MATARAM - The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati NTB) managed to save a potential state loss of Rp. 145.9 billion. The head of the Prosecutor's Office for NTB, Sungarpin, said in Mataram, Tuesday, July 26, that the rescue of potential state losses would take place in the early 2021 to July 2022 period. "The rescue of potential state losses of Rp. 145.9 billion is a combination of pidsus (special crimes) and datun (civil and state administration). Of course, there are the most datun here because some of them are related to land issues managed by ITDC in Mandalika, said Sungarpin, quoted by Antara. In detail, the prosecutor in the field of datun saved potential state losses of Rp132.9 billion. The rescue was taken through the civil route. Previously, the land was controlled by the plaintiff from the residents. "Alhamdulillah, through the function of the JPN (state attorney), we won the case," he said. The rescue of Rp12.99 billion came from the suspect during the investigation stage and from the defendant at trial.
