KUDUS - The number of political parties in Kudus Regency, Central Java, that have proposed disbursement of funds so far this week is only three parties.

"The three political parties are the PDI-P, the National Democratic Party, and the Prosperous Justice Party," said Acting Head of the National Unity and Political Unity Agency (Kesbangpol) of Kudus Regency, Harso Widodo, in Kudus, Antara, Monday, June 13.

His party has submitted a notification letter that the political parties can apply for the disbursement of aid funds after the report on the results of the examination (LHP) of financial assistance for political parties by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) found no problems.

Previously, a number of political parties in Kudus had also urged the disbursement of political aid funds to be accelerated. However, because they are still waiting for the results of the LHP by the BPK, the Kudus Kesbangpol Agency has not been able to fulfill it.

If we wait until this week there are no additional political parties that propose disbursement, he said, political parties that have submitted will be processed first, whose verification involves the Kudus KPU.

The number of political parties that won seats in the Kudus DPRD was 10 political parties, including the Democratic Party, PAN, Golkar Party, Nasdem Party, PKS, PPP, PDIP, Hanura Party, Gerindra Party, and PKB.

While the aid value in 2022, the Kudus Regency Government approved the proposed increase of 96.08 percent from the previous Rp.2,550 per vote to Rp. 5,000 per vote.

The disbursement of the Banpol funds was carried out in two stages, for the first stage of IDR 2,550 per vote, while the second phase of disbursement was in accordance with the approved addition of IDR 2,450 per vote after the 2022 APBD Amendment.

With the addition of the Banpol allocation, it is hoped that it will provide internal operational support for political parties and each political party can increase its role in providing political education to the community.
