JAKARTA - The General Election Commission (PKPU) regulations regarding the 2024 General Election stages have been officially enacted. This rule was previously agreed upon by the DPR, the government, and the election organizers.

Election contestants will be determined on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. Determination of the number of seats and determination of electoral districts on Friday, October 14, 2022 to February 9, 2022. Candidates for DPR members and DPRD starting Monday, April 24, 2023, until Saturday, November 25, 2023. The nominations for president and vice president will be held from Thursday, October 19, 2023 to Saturday, November 25, 2023. The election campaign period begins on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, until Saturday, February 10, 2024. The quiet period starts on Sunday, February 11, 2024, until Tuesday, February 13, 2024. The recapitulation of the vote count results starts on Thursday, February 15, 2024, until Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
