Estonian Caucasians Who Accused Police Of Always Asking For Money From Tourists Come To Bali Join Miss Global, Searched For Hotel No Longer Available

DENPASAR - Estonian Caucasian, Valeria Vasilieva, who has gone viral, accused the police in Bali of being corrupt because they always ask foreign tourists for money.

Head of Sub-Directorate V Cyber Crime Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Bali Police AKBP Nanang Prihasmoko said, after checking at the Estonian Caucasian hotel staying, it was known that Valeria would join Miss Global in Bali.

"Her name is Valeria. She is a representative from Estonia to represent the Miss Global event in Bali. Representatives of the country, we don't know about the activities here because there are no advertisements yet," said Nanang, Thursday, May 19.

This Caucasian entered Bali in May. But it is not known when the Miss Global event in Bali will be held.

"This (activity), we just heard from the hotel.

After going viral, the police tracked down Estonian foreigners and it was discovered that Valeria was staying at a hotel in the Badung area. But when he arrived, the Estonian Caucasian was no longer at the hotel.

"After profiling the hotel suspected of being occupied by the person concerned in one of the hotels in (Badung) they took pictures at the hotel and stayed overnight. But they have left the hotel until now we are still tracking their whereabouts," said Nanang.

"We still believe he is in Bali, because from immigration there has been no manifest that he left Bali," he said.
